1. Digital Content Purchases

1.1 E-books, Audiobooks, and Digital Materials

Digital content (e-books, audiobooks, digital materials, downloadable documents, etc.) is non-refundable by nature. When you purchase such products, refunds or returns are generally not provided as they are immediately accessible and can be copied.

However, exceptions may be made in the following cases:

For our online courses and educational materials, we offer a 14-day "satisfaction guarantee" from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with the course content and have not completed more than 25% of the course, you can receive a full refund.

2. Physical Product Sales

3. Memberships and Subscriptions

3.1 Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your monthly or annual subscriptions at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. When a subscription is canceled, no partial refund is made for the remaining period.

For example, if you cancel an annual subscription after 6 months of use, you will not receive a refund for the remaining 6 months, but your subscription will remain active until the end of the current year.

Some of our subscriptions may offer a free trial period. If you cancel before the trial period ends, no fee will be charged. If you cancel after the trial period ends, the amount you paid for the first billing period will not be refunded.
